What the service team actually does
Lumentvivid's service arm handles a focused range of local tasks so the family can maintain the quality that's built their reputation since 2017. The team currently offers on-site consultations, setup assistance for home and small-business environments, and ongoing maintenance visits in and around Malindi. All service engagements start with a free initial consultation — either at our Lamu Road shopfront or at your location if the job is on-site. Quotes are written, itemised and emailed to you the same day before any commitment is made.

A family team member visits your home, assesses what you need and produces a written plan. No obligation to proceed — the consultation itself is free and lasts around 45 minutes.

Maintenance visits
Scheduled monthly or quarterly check-ins for clients who want things kept in order without having to initiate every call themselves. We track what was done, flag what's coming and keep records you can access any time.
What we don't cover
Lumentvivid doesn't do structural building work, electrical rewiring or plumbing installation. For those, we'll refer you to licensed contractors we trust in Malindi — and we won't charge for the referral.

Are your service prices fixed?
Quoted prices are fixed unless the scope changes during the job. If we discover something unexpected, we stop, call you and get sign-off before continuing. We won't run up a bill without your knowledge.
